Account Information

I just subscribed to the service, but I don't know my order number.

You received an order number in the confirmation email that was delivered to you when you completed your order for Cash Machine online.  You will also see it referenced in your first emailed issue, and you can then use it to set up your Username and Password. In the meantime, you can enter the site using "newuser" as your Username and the temporary Password you received when you subscribed online. If you did not place your order online or you don't have your temporary Password or order number available, please call Customer Service at 1-877-694-5198 and a representative will be able to assist you.

How do I create a Username and Password?

To create a unique Username and Password, you will need the order confirmation number you received when you subscribed online. Your order number can also be found in your emailed issue online notices, or you may call Customer Service at 1-877-694-5198. Click here to create your Username and Password now.

My Username and Password aren't working.

Remember, your Password is case sensitive, so you must type it in exactly the way you set it up.

I forgot my Username and Password. What do I do?

If you've forgotten either your Username or Password, we can email them to you at the email address you provided when you signed up. Click here for this option. If you didn't provide an email address, you can call Customer Service at 1-877-694-5198, and they will assist you.

How do I change my Username and Password?

If you have already created a unique Username and Password, click here to change it.

You will be unable to change the temporary Username and Password you received when you first signed up for this service. You must first create a personal Username and Password. This will require your order number which can be found in the emailed issue online announcement. Click here to begin the process to create your unique account.

I already gave you an email address when I signed up for the service, why do I have to give it to you again?

The email you gave us when you created your Username and Password will be used only to send you an email if you forget your Username and Password. For security purposes, we keep this information separate from your other account information, so it is possible for you to have more than one email address on record with us.

If I'm an AOL user, how do I ensure that I receive all emails from Bryan Perry?

As an AOL user, you are able to take advantage of many of the new and improved features offered with the release of the new versions of AOL. One of these features allows the user to distinguish email from known sources versus email from unknown sources.

To ensure that you receive special email messages about the Cash Machine service, please take a moment to add Bryan Perry to your address book. This can be done by simply completing the three steps below:

  1. Open an email message that you have received from Bryan Perry.
  2. On the far right side of the open email message, click on the Add Address icon.
  3. A separate window will appear called Contact Details. Click "Save" in the bottom left-hand corner of the window and this will add Bryan Perry's address to your address book.

Saving & Printing Problems

I'm trying to save the Cash Machine weekly update and monthly newsletter, but the popup isn't appearing. I'm using Internet Explorer in Windows. How do I get the popup to appear?

To determine the version of Internet Explorer you are using, click on the Help menu then choose About Internet Explorer. The version information will be displayed in the dialog box that appears.

In Internet Explorer 7, the browser's menu isn't showing up for me to save the Cash Machine article. How do I save the article?

To get the menu to appear, simply press the ALT key on your keyboard. The menu should then pop up, and you should be able to navigate to File menu and click on Save As.

I'm using Firefox and the popup isn't appearing. What do I do?

Mac Users: After visiting the above page, you will need to first click on Mac OS underneath Show content customized for: and then click Pop-up Blocker Preferences in the Table Of Contents.
