How do I create a Username and Password?

To create a unique Username and Password, you will need your account number and your zip code. Your account number can be found in your emailed online notices, or you may call Customer Service at 1-800-675-8290. Click here [password/new] to create your Username and Password now.

My Username and Password aren't working.

Remember, your Password is case sensitive, so you must type it in exactly the way you set it up.

I forgot my Username and Password. What do I do?

If you've forgotten either your Username or Password, we can email them to you at the email address you provided when you signed up. Click here [password/forget] for this option. If you didn't provide an email address, you can call Customer Service at 1-800-675-8290, and they will assist you.

How do I change my Username and Password?

If you have already created a unique Username and Password, click [password/modify] here to change it.

You will be unable to change your temporary Username and Password you received when you first signed up to this service. You must first create a personal Username and Password. This will require your account number and zip code. Your account number can be found in the emailed online announcement. Click here [password/new] to begin the process to create your unique account.

I just subscribed to the service, but I don't know my account number.

You will receive an account number when you receive your first emailed online announcement, and then you can use it to set up your Username and Password. In the meantime, you can enter the site using "newuser" as your Username and the temporary Password you received when you subscribed. If you don't have your temporary Password available, please call Customer Service at 1-800-675-8290.

I already gave you an email address when I signed up for the service, why do I have to give it to you again?

The email you gave us when you created your Username and Password will be used only to send you an email if you forget your Username and Password. For security purposes, we keep this information separate from your other account information, so it is possible for you to have more than one email address on record with us.

If I'm an AOL user, how do I ensure that I receive all emails from Bryan Perry?

As an AOL user, you are able to take advantage of many of the new and improved features offered with the release of the new versions of AOL. One of these features allows the user to distinguish email from known sources versus email from unknown sources.

To ensure that you receive special email messages about the Cash Machine service, please take a moment to add Bryan Perry to your address book. This can be done by simply completing the three steps below:

1. Open an email message that you have received from Bryan Perry.
2. On the far right side of the open email message, click on the Add Address icon.
3. A separate window will appear called Contact Details. Click "Save" in the bottom left-hand corner of the window and this will add Bryan Perry's address to your address book.
